Hello, I wear the Telex 750's and want to try out the Telex 850's that were mentioned on this board a few weeks back.

My question is I don't know if that "hot mic" feature will fly. We all know how annoying it is to hear the hiss as I'll call it. Also, are the 850's any larger? It doesn't look that way on marvgoldens.

Does anybody have any experience with the 850's? I'm really not very interested in wearing anything bigger.

I use the 750's without any problem at all. Not even hot mic hiss. The Sennheisers are reeeeeally nice though.

I am also curious about the new Telex 850s. Marv Golden seems to be the only one who has them... Telex doesn't even list them on their website or in their press releases.
