Could anyone post some captain and co-pilot figures for a part 91 dept operating a CJ1, CJ3 and PC-12 in the midwest?

My company averages the two sizes and pays you that.

Average the two? So you're required to be proficient on not one, but two aircraft...then average your pay LOWER from the higher pay scale to work you harder!? I'm thoroughly confused, but it seems to me you're getting hosed if that's their policy. Are the two aircraft at least comparable? They should pay you relative to the larger aircraft, and then maybe a little more to have to pull double duty on the other.
