Another Question For Comair Pilots?

What are the work conditions like for Comair pilots? I realize that you have the best contract in the regionals, but what do you like or dislike about being at Comair? What are the upgrade times and new hire bases? I currently fly Part 135 and am really clueless about 121 so please forgive any dumb sounding quesitons.

Upgrade times can be thought of in terms of years right now.. That can change on a moments notice.

Only base in the system is CVG.

I'll let someone else touch upon the conditions as I haven't been here very long. My impression so far is outstanding.

QOL is very good.

We have great work rules and the pay is very fair for the equipment we fly.

It is a career airline. ( at least for now).
