This may have already been covered, and if so I apologize in advance. Finally decided to go ahead and send in my NJ application. I printed another copy out this evening and what came out surprised me. About 3 additional pages that was not there when I printed it out just last week.
1) crewmember data form
2) background check authorization
3) credit check authorization
Just wanted to post this in case someone was in my situation and was going to send out an application that they had printed out a while back. If its been covered already sorry for wasting the last 30 seconds of your life.
