Another Jet Blue Application Question

Has anyone filling out the new Jet Blue pilot application also filled out the
"skills and competency" section ?
If so. what do they mean by questions about years experience,currency, and training for telephone. verbal, and english skills ?

I may have messed up but I didn't fill that part of the application out. I sort of assumed that it was aimed at people applying for administrative jobs.


Any thoughts from anyone possibly in the know......
