i posted this at studentpilot.com and was directed to this website by someone. I was told that there were many professional pilots here, and it seems so from what i've read.

anyways i was wondering if anyone here had personal experience with Sierra Academy? If so, how was it? I'm suppose to start there in july and just wanted some honest opinions or things i should watch out for. I did a search and came up with some old post that had some good info. I chose sierra mainly because of how in depth their program seems. my first choice of school was Tyler Intl. in Tyler, TX, but I was not able to get any of the loans. Does anyone have info about Tyler? What kind of job can I expect coming out of Sierra. I know that I will have to instruct for a while before I can get a job anywhere else.

If anyone knows of any other good schools, that have federal loans, please let me know. I looked at Spartan, but I already have 3 years of college and I don't want to start a new degree program. I'll be finishing my degree through correspondance courses while I'm going to Sierra.

Best thing is to use "Search" feature on the top bar. I typed in Sierra Academy and got 14 different threads.
