Another CHQ question

What is the process of walking in the resume at CHQ? Is it like ACA where someone writes you a referrel letter, and then you send it in, or does someone actually walk it into HR? Let me know.

I am going to assume it is what it is. A "walk in" would be a personal way of having your CL and Resume brought directly to HR and given to a human being rite there. Sounds pretty sweet, I am trying to find one rite now. On another note I just did a search for CHQ payscales and nothing came up. Does anyone have the scales available for post. Thanks in advance.
