Not going to say we told you so..But basically KR wants to get rid of your schedules, take away your seniority system and cut everyones pay all the while he flies around in his Gulfstream to his house in CABO. SO i guess you have to ask your self.." DO I FEEL LUCKY"
"well do ya Flex guys" if your all ok with that continue on..If not send in your cards and let the battle for equality begin

The schedules will be shifted to an 8/7, with a 16/2 for the jr pilots. The 4/3 is gone. Next is holding a bonus hostage only if you toe the line and don't vote in a pilots union. If a pilots union is voted down, away goes OT for over 12 hours and int'l pay. 401(k) has never been one of Uncles favorites . You will be replaced with a lower cost pilot.

Just a question for the Flex Pilots. How many pilots on the 4/3 schedule?

It's amazing how much we don't know about the other guys schedules...

At FJ the standard schedule is 14 to 16 days worked out of 28, the minimum is 12 and the max is 20(?). The standard flight rotation is between 4 and 6 days, with trips up to 8 days available for bid. The minimum days off after a 4 or 5 day trip is 3, after a 6 day is 4, and after 7 days is 5. Each crew member bids on the lines they wish to work. There is no set number of pilots on a particular schedule. The likelihood of getting a requested line increases drastically with fleet/seat seniority. Guys in the top 25% usually only have to bid a few lines and generally get their first choice. Guys in the bottom 25% usually don't even bother bidding. Junior guys work weekends and holidays, senior guys don't.

If a crew member has selected an alternate gateway the standard rotation is between 4 and 8 days with only 4 days off.

Most FJ pilots like the schedule options aren't interested in a fixed schedule, maybe 4 on, 5 off might get some support.

Don't forget pay for parking, that will go bye bye

International pay is already gone. The G is salary. And seniority is gone too. RH told one of our senior captains the Gs are a way for Kenn's Flt Options buddies to advance their career. And that's not rumor. I got it straight from the captain who talked to RH.
