Its not directly related to aviation, but close enough...

When I got DQ'd at MFS, I was separated from my ANG unit due to medical disqualification. Since then I've thought more and more about continuing to serve, but within an area I really enjoy - weather.

I've been to the www.goang.com website, but is there a list somewhere that has all units with weather flights?

Thanks for the info!

*edit* Oops, I must have missed the part where you said you went to the GoANG site...doh! *edit*

I also couldn't find any full listings of bases with Weather. Best bet would be to visit with a recruiter I suppose. Good luck.

I dont know who else has them but the 136 AW in Fort Worth has a weather flight. I've got two finger wetters assigned to my team.
I would think any ANG unit of wing size should have some wx assets.

The AFRC may have WX people also.
