I thought this was funny, so I thought I'd share. We were on Oakland Center the other day and heard the following:
CTR: JetBlue 123, I need you to pick it up. What can you give me?
JB: Sir, we can give you whatever you want.
CTR: No, I need to know what can you give me?
JB: We can give you M.75.
CTR: OK JetBlue123, slow to M.65
JB: But sir, we can give you M.75
CTR: That's great, but that's not enough.
CTR: JetBlue 123, I need you to pick it up. What can you give me?
JB: Sir, we can give you whatever you want.
CTR: No, I need to know what can you give me?
JB: We can give you M.75.
CTR: OK JetBlue123, slow to M.65
