I also have a interview with Ameriflight. Anyone have any recent info with them? What should I wear to this one? Anyother things that will help me out?

interview

where is your interview?

Wear a suit regardless.

Study FAR's, current aircraft systems, jepps, etc...

From what I've heard about our interviews they vary from very intense to "a piece of cake". Study for the first.

Good luck.

Wear those Top Gun aviator glasses and say, "Wow, a Piper Lance has NEVER been this close before!!!"

I'd recommend getting some time in a simulator if you have the time to do so. You will be using an ATC-810 sim during the interview, but any sim time would be beneficial prior to the interview.

1. We don't fly Lances anymore. see mythbusters for more.

2. If you're gonna wear the Top Gun shades, you need to learn how to say "You're dangerous" while chomping your teeth at the end to add drama.

The ATC-810 may be true if you are interviewing at the headquarters in BUR. These days, alot of the ACPs are handling interviews, so if you are doing it elsewhere, it could be which ever sim they can rent at a nearby flight school.
