jumpseated on ameriflight metro the other night and checklists and procedures were identical to Skywest's old metro procedures anyone know who runs ameriflights training program?

Skywest'

BTW, where did you jumpseat from?

When i was at Amflight back in '99. A guy byt the name of Tom (can't remeber his last name) was the high guru for the Metro program. He was at Skywest for quite awhile. Six years if I remeber correctly. But I still still the check-list were screwed. Everything was check this and check that. The correct response should be the position of the swiitch. Past my single pilot type by calculating floor loading for a real trip. (Neither of us knew if we were correct.
Oh yeah, has anyone told you about the dangers of typing drunk??

Tom was the guy who started it all and yes the Metro flows are very close to what SkyWest used. Not sure how you got into the jump seat as we don't do that for anyone any more, but what ever.
