I have hearing rumors that Tom and Ted were, have or is going to file for Bankruptcy is this true? Please I am not trying to start a flame bait thread, but I don't know anyone that flies there. Thanks

I haven't heard that rumor on the road... Plus they are looking for FO's in ADS and YIP.

How does an FO job there pay?

FO Pay

I just talked to them today. The FO pay is 2000 per month plus .05 per mile after 10,500 miles. The guy said people avergaged about 30,000/year

If you take what Nightowl said about the pay and assume it's for FO - it appears they are averaging around 52 hours a month for pay purposes.

The reason I say pay purposes is that some cargo companies (and I have no idea about Ameristar) pay double miles for a backhaul. Anyway - assuming that doesn't happen, the FOs are flying 52 hours a month.

That's around what USA Jet pilots on the Falcon were flying when I was there. I always thought Ameristar pilot flew their butts off and flew more than us.
