Ameristar 737 question

About six months ago I was in Toluca and saw an Ameristar 737 pull up beside us picking up cargo. I didn't think anything of it until now. I am doing my 737 type soon and going through the limitations I noticed that the max pressure altitude for taking off in a 737-200 is 8,300. So how do you guys do it in Toluca with a field elevation of 8,458? Do you wait for a high pressure system to come over MMTO? Are your airplanes different or is there some service bulliten put out that increases that limitation. Just wondering. Thanks

Mexican Conversion Rate

1 US Millibar equals 1.1363 Mexican Millibars. Using the Mexican conversion ratio, MMTO pressure altitude converts to 7952’ MSL. They didn’t teach that at your 737 school. Must be for domestic ops only.
