Just heard American may have had a plane off in the grass. Winds are blowing up to 60 with BLDU. Anyone have the story?

Things weren't much better at Dallas Love Field, where an American Eagle plane taxiing to its gate around 1:45 p.m. ended up in the grass.

Looks like they were taxiing, not landing.

I was actually on the east side of DAL at the time and saw the incident happen. They were rolling out from landing and from my perspective I could see the left wing was getting picked up by the wind (at the time it was hard to stand with an almost direct crosswind to the runway). The nose drifted to the right as they slowed. It almost looked like they were trying to make a high speed, but there aren't any on that portion on the runway. I heard the TRs come back out again and saw the nose drop off the side of the runway with a large cloud of dust. They travelled maybe 40-50 feet before coming to a stop. There wasn't any obvious damage to the aircaft.

That was pretty much all that happened. I don't think I've seen winds and a dust storm like that in some time.
