According to press reports AMR is expected to announce the devestiture of Eagle during tommorow's earnings (or lack of) conference call.

Has anyone here more information to add to this?
 
Update: AA made if offical this morning that Eagle is being devested, most likely via a stock spin off. Eagle ALPA has a contract agreement covering the pilots. Does anyone know how dispatch will be affected?
