Thoughts and prayers to the victims and families. Very sad situation and tremendous tragedy.
 
What we know so far.

A plane was Departing runway 1
CRJ was told to land 33 and was maneuvering to land 33
Blackhawk was on training flight and asked if they had to the traffic in sight and to pass behind it.
CRJ had IFR Clearance and the Blackhawk was VFR
The collision happened around 200 feet
