It used to be (888) 933-5922. I was told back in October they no longer accept offline non-rev requests via this # for those that are CASS. Just go to the gate and get on the list or call their regular reservations # and ask if they have time to list you as a non-rev .

1-888-we fly AA and press prompt #3. That puts you through to the non-rev desk and they will list you, give gate info and sometimes a general idea as to your prospects of getting on the flight! It may not strictly be necessary anymore but I always do, it cant` hurt and they are always a delight and very helpful in my extensive experience with them.
