Alpha Flying interview. Any gouge?

be prepared for a hr interview a tech interview (study up on gps approaches) and then a sim ride followed by a captains review board if u do well in the sim. Its straight forward looking at instrument skills and personality to see if you would be alright with the people in the company. I dont fly for them anymore but i doubt the interview process has changed.
