Yesterday, January 7th, Pilots for Fair Representation filed suit in the United States Federal Court's Eastern District of New York against the Air Line Pilots Association and Duane Woerth for breaching their Duty of Fair Representation regarding the pilots of PDT and ALG Airlines. More information, as well as a copy of the complaint, will be posted soon on the Pilots for Fair Representation website within the next day or so.
