Anyone has any gouge regarding Allegiant Air intreview process, company's insides and how is to work there?
Thank you

Do a search, there have been many posts on them.

I almost interviewed there, seemed a little shady. No union, no real seniority, no contract, can be hired as a captain if you have the time. Pay for captains is around 60k and f/os 30k. The thing I have heard from a guy, is jumpseating can be a challenge since the company is not really known. I think they have moved their base to LAS. Hope this helps.

Thank you FlyHard. I did the research and I was able to get some infos about the company but not about the interview procedure.
In our days is no time for picking. 36G is better than fliping burgers.

The listed question has been taking care of. Thanks for the received help.
Now another question. Can anyoane describe how is to work for Allegiant? Thank you.
