I almost interviewed there, seemed a little shady. No union, no real seniority, no contract, can be hired as a captain if you have the time. Pay for captains is around 60k and f/os 30k. The thing I have heard from a guy, is jumpseating can be a challenge since the company is not really known. I think they have moved their base to LAS. Hope this helps.
