Try www.aviationinterviews.com for some interview gouge on Allegheny. From what I hear, there is no longer a sim ride as part of the interview. Some basic info-

FO starting pay as of 5/01 1st yr 24.07
2ndyr 27.04

Capt 3rdyr 45.25

Minimum guarantee is 75 a month. Reserve can be just a few months or years depending on your base. Syracuse is junior so you'll get off reseve a lot quicker. MDT and SCE are senior bases.
Before 9/11 upgrades were down to approx. 2 1/2 years. That will probably change until the majors atart hiring again. All in all, a good place to work and get experience. Good luck.
