Wow. No wonder Siegel wants to merge ALG into PDT rather then vice-versa.

My guess is that Woerth will handle this dispute in accordance with the wishes of the MEC's of US, UA, DL, NW, and CO.

Yep : It is real. The letters leading up to this are also on the RJDC web site. Its ugly.

Worse, it demonstrates what ALPA is capable of at the very same moment the Court is collecting information on the ASA and Comair pilots case involving ALPA's failure to abide by the unions' Duty of Fair Representation.

ALPA's actions verify the RJDC's allegations are not baseless fears.

The Delta pilots ( and ASA MEC since they like to say what the Delta MEC likes to hear ) say that the RJDC is not responsible for keeping jets for jobs ( or mainline job grab, in exchange for regional furloughs ) off the property - but just look what is happening 195 miles to the South East of Delta's HQ.

The Poles and the Russians also thought Hitler would not attack - THEM.
