Hello!

I would like to know how the AS seniority function for new hires/junior pilot/senior, etc

What do they hire you into? Md80 or B737, what base do they base you at, or do you have a choice?

What are the most junior and senior pilto bases, routes.

Another question: Are the east coast destinations for the senior pilots? Or junior guys fly them to?

What kind of layovers do they have, how long?

Sorry for all the questions, but sure would like to hear whats happening.

Thanks and all the best!
