Has anyone had an experiences (good or bad) flying for Alantic Aviation's flight department ?

yes, many of them.
Ops has the "the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing" syndrome but otherwise, not too bad.
If you submit a resume, unless they have a very definite interest in you, you WILL NOT receive any kind of response, from what I've seen. Like most companies in aviation, there's very little "professional courtesy" like there used to be. I think part of it is just the "New York" attitude. Good Luck.

Thanks. I interviewed 3 or 4 weeks ago and after me making 5 phone calls, I finally got a call back from the CP saying they hadn't made up their mind yet.
