One of the fleet managers stopped by during class and mentioned that furloughs have been on ongoing discussion during the daily morning meeting here at headquarters. This isn't just a rumor, they are actually talking about it. As for whether it will happen or not...who knows. Hopefully not.

PS. As far as starting trouble, give me a break. I would have been grateful to have had more than 2 DAYS notice when I got furloughed from this company last time. Welcome to reality.:rolleyes:

A good company should have plans for projected events. Because they are talking about it doesn't mean its going to happen, the reverse is also true. The way UAL is right now can't say I don't blame them. On a side note Awacoff you should be "grateful" you have a job;) .
