Are there any AirTran pilots out there who would be willing to tell me the pro/con of employment at AirTran? Good place, future growth, pay+bennies, interview process etc... Thank you in advance.

Do a search on this board, there's plenty of info. Also, since AirTran isn't techically a major, you'll also find stuff on the "Regional" board and also in the "General" boards.

After that, if you have specific questions, there are a lot of us here who can try to answer the rest.
