After a very brief search I didn't see anything about airtran retirements.

Could any Airtran guys/girls shed some light on future retirements.

Thanks,

If the age 60 rule stays, its about 150 over the next 5 years.

Most of those 150 retirements are scabs right?

Very few, most are (thankfully) already gone.

I think I'm gonna puke.

Why, did you just go down on your wife?

Airtran upgrade.

Just heard recently that due to aircraft deliveries and attrition, that upgrade may be around 22 months. This was told to a training class by Joe L.

Comments?

Hal,

Back in '99 Bill Beal told me and the rest of my class that I'd be a Captain in 18 months....

Seven years later I'm going to be number 13 from the bottom after the July furloughs. :(

Oh well.

That may be a little aggressive, but it's not too far off. I'm about 75 numbers away and should be eligible to bid for it a little over 24 months (class about 2 months later).
