AirTran Letter?

What's the secret to getting an AirTran interview? Is a letter of recommendation requied?

When the last DC-9 is retired to the desert the crew will drink a beer... out of a can made from the last Airbus

They have three stacks:
1) Internal recommendation
2) Job Fair seminar (i.e.: meeting someone like JN from HR
3) Luck of the draw out of the stack

Seems like the best odds are in that order! Sounds like most in the pool will be taken out on April 29th so I would suspect the interview machine is spooling up,
