Just got a call for an AirTran Interview next week. Can anyone give me any recommendations on hotels that are near Air Inc.'s offices?

Thanks!!

Where are you interviewing, Flight Safety or Air Inc.? Call Greta back and ask for any hotel recommendations with an AirTran discount. When I interviewed back in January, we all stayed in the same hotel.

Interview

I believe I am interviewing at Air Inc. I haven't gotten the package from Greta yet but expect it tomorrow. Should give me some more details.

There is a hotel they recommend, and it has a van to take you to/from the interview site. Sorry, I forget which one it was.

Good luck. The interview process has changed since I interviewed (5/01) but the best advice I can give is try to be as relaxed as you can, and be confident, but not cocky.

It's not a real touchy-feely deal, nor is it a real technical interview, either. It's basically a get-to-know-you, why do you want to work here, will you be happy here, will we be happy with you, will you be able to upgrade quickly if we need you to . .

Good Luck. I started a year ago, and have been very happy here. Hope to see you on-board.

Interview

It's great to see that AirTran is interviewing again! Has anyone else gotten the call to interview there?

Question for Ty Webb or Jake

What is the trick to getting an interview call from Air Tran?(contact person, email, phone, etc..

There is no guaranteed way to get an interview, but if you don't have a recommendation or meet the HR folks at a conference then you get put in the "other" pile. That's the one as tall as a filing cabinet that never gets reviewed.
Rumor is 100 pilots in '03.
