Ty hit the nail on the head but here goes anyway....

• Without the merger, upgrade will probably take 4 years or so for guys starting class today. With the merger....anyone's guess.
• Family insurance coverage runs approx $350/month for the lowest HMO plan. Can be much more expensive. Not sure about cost for employee only or employee+1 coverage.
