Poverty Level

anyone know anything about these guys? There in GA with king airs

Know a few things about them like the PIC pay on a BE-B100-10 is $25k/yr,plus a hefty PFT ($10k),sign a contract,no medical plan,no 401k.Always gone,no QOL, SIC 's get about $12.5k/yr.
Recurrent training is PFT(contract)

Fleet is 3 BE-B100-10,although facilities are very good, hangar, offices, etc.
They spent all the money on facilities and left nothing for the pilots.

Dir.of Ops is a little on the strange side. They are based at Athens,Ga. also have aircraft @ SSI(St.Simons Island)
Would not recommend this outfit, sounds like a bottomfeeder.

they last told me 35k for captain base salary, 21 days on including stby. Do they have any 200's?

They apparently lied,10k of that salary is your PFTwhich you have to pay back if you leave early, also, you will ALWAYS be under a PFT contract, even for re-current training. This job is more like INVOLUNTARY SERVITUDE than a flying job.

The fleet consist of 3 late 70's to eary 80's vintage BE-B100 dash 10 engines, aircraft are in mint condition(paint & finish etc.) that is, the last time I had seen them.

Need of 2nd Job

If anyone wants to take this job make sure that have a 2nd job because you will need it at those salary levels,It is hard to see how anyone could live at those salary levels.

If a pilot goes to work at this outfit,he/she cannot leave without OWING MONEY to the company because of continuous PFT CONTRACTS for INITIAL & RECURRENT TRAINING.

This sounds like a great job for a pilot wanting to build time and gain flying experience. If you do not have a job anything is better than food stamps.

Just interviewed with them today actually. The interview was with the owners (the D.O. was out of town) who were both very professional. Pay may be negotiable and in the 40ish range, never really nailed it down. Have two B100 -10 airplanes and may be getting a BE-200 soon. They would like someone who could move to St Simons or Athens but possibly would have an aircraft in Atlanta that would need to be crewed. They quoted 300-400hrs/year.

This outfit's mgmt simply does not have their story straight on on employment conditions.
