Has anyone heard the latest on AirNet? Are they doing any hiring? I have seen the mins on Airnets website, but does anyone know what are the competitve times are?

Last I heard they were planning on doing lots of hiring next year. I personally know of one guy who was hired this week, so things are moving.

AirNet is still hiring due to some prop guys leaving. I haven't heard about hiring next year. Competitive times vary. I just recommended a guy who got hired without having the 135 mins..

I was interviewed and hired this past week with not much more than the 135 mins. In my interview group, the total times ranged from a low of 1200 up to 2000+, with competitive multi times of at least 100 hrs. Craig said they are hiring and running classes for some of the prop guys that are leaving, and they also are purchasing another 5 lears for the charter side of the opearation. So it sounds like some movement will be happening, but unknown how much.

I also know of a guy that got hired at less than 1200tt (he was placed in the pool until he meets the mins), so it definetly can happen. One thing is for sure though: all of us interviewees had internal reccomendations. Seems extremely difficult to get on without one of these working to get you in the door. If you don't know anybody there, find someone who does and buy em a beer.

Good luck!

Craog says "purchasing" but he really means "managing" them for Bombardier... So in essence we fly them until they can sell them... makes money for both sides instead of having their a/c just sitting around costing money.

Came anyone give some info. on the interview process. I seems there is sim ride, knowledge test, and a basic interview. But can you give some info about your interview.... ie...questions asked, what sim ride was like. Just trying to get a grip on the interview. Thanks for your time.

aviationinterviews.com The interview is still the same.

Some advice, read the directions on the written test, the questions that you answer are numbered a little differently. The tech part with Craig seems to be based on your score on the written test, the higher you score on the written, the fewer questions he asks in the tech interview.

Thanks for the website....and the info. Does anyone know what kind of sim they use for the interview sim ride.
