does anyone know the req. to get into the right seat of their lears? also for the PIC jobs of their props? where are they stationed?

airnet.com will do you some wonders as far as your questions...

to go straight to the lear is impossible, you must first fly the props and then bid a jet when you have the seniority. Prop bases are on the website, as well as the mins.

ive got close to 500TT and about 200 Mulit with a CFII MEI what is my likely hood of getting a interview

None if you don't apply. More reasonably you need closer to Part 135 min's 1200 TT. But apply and keep updating is your best bet. And O yeah keep flying. Good luck.

Go Texas Tech!!!
