Hey guys,

Does airnet ever hire directly into the lear? If so, how much time are they looking for? ...I assume turbine PIC would be a must.

no.
Once hired you need 2000hours and 500 multi to bid lear SIC slots. But you'll have to wait about a 1+ year to have the senority.

what are the mins to bid lear PIC?

3000tt or 2500 with 500 in Airnet Jets
1500 multi or 1000multi / 500 turbine
500 hours of jet with 100 lear.

and 2 1/2 + years senority.
