airnet locations

i kno this thread has been covered many of times, BUT the other threads didn't really answer my question. i recently got hired with airnet and ive been looking at bases. i would ultimately like indy. does anyone know if that base is open? if so how hard is it for a new hire to be based there after training?

there is absolutley no way to tell when you can get based there. the current pilot must leave for one reason or another and then you have to hope no one else senior to you wants to bid it.
