just relax, be yourself and show interest in staying at airnet for more than just the time it takes to build some multi time and you'll be fine. There are no mind games and no tricks to the interview.
I went to the interview and got hired but declined. In my interview I think the most important part was the sim. After my sim ride, the sim instructor was like I'll see you in class. If you don't have good instrument skills I don't reccomend you working at Airnet. You're going to get your ass killed if you know what I mean.
