It's a very easy HR part. You get hired or not hired during the lunch, be prepared to be softly interrogated about your plans/why work at airnet (and come up with more than I want multi time).
I have heard they had problems with people logging 100 multi and moving on (despite the contract). So if they feel you are going to be regional meat in 2 months of working there, you aren't getting an offer.
They don't have a problem with moving on to bigger/better places, just make their investment worthwhile and not have to go after 1 year contract.
