Airnet and TEB

I know it's been said before on this forum that TEB is an easy base to get with Airnet. Is that still the case? If one wants TEB, how likely is it to get it right out of training, and if you don't get it right out of training, how long would you likely have to wait for it?

I've almost been at Airnet a year and I see it on the bid sheet at least once a month.

There are only 2 prop runs right now and I know both of the pilots, Im pretty sure the one likes it there and the other one isn't leaving until he gets the jet.

TEB (BDL to an extent) is really the only prop base that you could count on very soon if not right out of training. The others really are purely a matter of timing.
