Does anyone have a good resource for how each airline prefers/requires to have one's flight time organized--both on the resume and from an Air Force AFORMS/SARMS (Form 50)/Flying History Report? One's in particular are Southwest, Continental, FedEx and UPS. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Don't know about all those, but what I saw when applying a couple years ago was most primarily wanted to know total time and PIC time. All the other stuff like Instructor, instrument, etc was good to have, but PIC is their #1 requirement.

Use the part 1 definition, which is pretty close to the Military definition of Aircraft Commander. Sign for the plane and you're the PIC. Avoid the "sole manipulator of the controls" time.

Good luck!
