Okay well after endless hours with my logbooks trying to sort these times out....tonight was the moment of truth. I chugged down a few cold ones first to ease the sting if my times didn't add up. I held my breath and hit the review totals button. I can honesly say that I was pleased with how close it came to my actual totals. My Total time is off by about 3 hours and my total CFI time was off by a mere 1 hour. MEL time was off by about an hour and SEL by about two.
In my opinion these times are pretty damn close and in the time between hitting the "send" button and interview I will of course fly a little more adding a little more time which would mask these errors. I doubt any airline will go through my logbooks and total the time up to the date when I submitted my app to make sure it all added up 100% at the time of submission.
I'm sure that rounding the flight times to the nearest whole number is partially responsible for my times being slightly off. So...how close did everyone else get using airlineapps? Should I not sweat it and just send it as is or should I spend more time going through all the times AGAIN to try and pinpoint where I got myself off a bit. Like I said, I'm very pleased with it coming out as close as it did; but, I just want to make sure I'm not doing it half assed and should try to make it add up perfectly.
