It's been a while since I sold a small aircraft, what documents will I need to bring to the closing and provide to the buyer? Thanks in advance!

Bill of Sale
Contract (if you have one)
Old Registration Removed from Aircraft and then sent to FAA (instruction on back)
New Registration Form (Pink slip goes into airplane)
