Same goes for Bermuda (VP) registered aircraft.

Under current FAR's and ICAO rulings, the pilot certificates must match one of the two following:

Nationality of the aircraft registration,
Nationality of the airspace

So you can fly an "N" numbered aircraft anywhere in the world or flying any nationality of aircraft registration in US airspace with an FAA pilot certificate.

So what countries validates FAA licenses?

So I guess I should have asked this differently.

What country validates my FAA ATP with current type-rating!

Lets say for example! I have job offer in UK for private corporation for new aircraft they are expecting delivery next year! What country this airplane can be registered for me to fly it with my FAA licenses?

Thanks and if you have info where to find this info , that would be greatly appreciated!

N=FAA the rest=other

Basically, my understanding is if the aircraft is N registry than you may fly it with you FAA certificate. If it is registered in an EU country you can pretty much plan on jumping through the hoops for a JAA certificate. Bermuda, Bahamas, and other islands in the area will usually issue a certificate based on your FAA only if the aircraft is registered in that country and are already typed in the aircraft. If it is UK registry you better start googling JAA JARS to find out the requirements.
