Any graphics program can be used to do these profiles depending on the desired level of complexity. We started out using Micrografx designer, and now are using coreldraw9. There is, however a learning curve to using any of these programs. Once you get the hang of these program it becomes easier.
Corel is much easier, because of its ability to scan directly and import many different graphics files and manipulate them.
