I'm trying to come up with an aircraft log sheet for a Part 91 flight department. We have been using one for about a year now, but we are running out. Do any of you have a log sheet that you might be able to forward to me? I'm looking for something very simple. I have listed below the items that I am looking for. I'm really trying to not re-invent the wheel here. If any of you know where I can buy something like this, I would be really interested. Ideally I'm looking for one that has multiple copies. A carbon copy type thing so I can give one to our office folks, one for maintenance and one for the flight department. Thanks in advance.
