I was just wondering how the rest of the industry was dealing with the linen napkins, place mats, etc. They used to send them to the cleaners and have them done, but know they are asking our FA's to take them home and wash/iron/fold them all themselves. Even on the road they want the FA's to use the hotel washing machines and do the same thing instead of sending them out. Realize they are saving a little bit of money, but what a pain in the a$$ for our FA's. Just trying to figure out if we are more in the norm by having them done in house, or do most people just send them out. Thanks in advance.
