I've talked to some of the cessna people. You have to know someone and get your name on a list. As for piper, each distrubtor buys the aircraft directly from vero beach and resells the aircraft. Get on some where that sell new pipers and talk to the a/c sales dept. I not sure how mooney do theirs.
Since cessna and mooney you by the aircraft direct, you would either have to know a person who is buying the aircraft or be on some sort of list with the maker.
