I'm interested in knowing the pay and retirement gains the Airborne pilots got on their 2003 contract.

Does anyone have their contract in .pdf format, or any other way I can obtain it?

Thanks in advance! --

As shameful as it is we still do NOT have a contract. It was signed off on and ratified back in AUG03, but they were in such a rush to finish before the merger that the actual contract language was not written or agreed to. So they have been negotiating the language to the few articles that changed.

Pay rates did not increase very much at all. We did get a signing bonus of 4.5% for both 2003 & 2002, but that did not change the pay tables ( no retro) so over a career that move will cost a young guy over $100,000 in career earnings.

They should be getting close will let you know when it is finished.

Thanks a bunch, GoABX!

Let us know when it comes down the pike...
