I did do a search....

I just wanted to get some up to date info on air wisconsin. From the website research I've done they seem to pay better than the other regionals, the web site shows a pension as opposed to a 401K plan. Any details on the pension plan, hiring plans for next year, quality of life, etc... would be greatly appreciated!

Anyone here work for Air Wisconsin and fly into TLH?

AWAC has better than avg. compensation packages. They were even better prior to the TA. The people are great and the trips are ok, the four on three off gets a little tired after a while but you get used to it. They do have a 401K and if memory serves me correctly you can buy and sell thru it to increase your portfolio. All in all I enjoyed my time there.

Don,

I am an AWAC FO based in ATL and fly into TLH regularly. PM and I will be glad to answer any questions you might have.

We have a retirement plan where the company gives you 4% of your salary in a 401K each year. You do not have to contribute a dime to get this. If you want to contribute to a 401K, the company also has matching program to go along with your automatic 4% company contribution.

If you contribute 3% - match 1%
5% - match 2%
7% - match 3%

and at some point 8% gets a 4% match, but not sure of the effective date of that
