I'm headed to the "hanger" next week in ORF for the open house for Air Wisconsin. I'm wondering if anyone has any information about the process for this open house and for interviewing.

Thanks,

I went throught the Process in PHL in January, was sent a pool letter and am hoping for an April class.

The process it pretty easy, they take some time to tell you about the company, you do an introduction of yourself, then a paper assesment.

Then the second half is just individual interviews, application, and fingerprinting.
I was really impressed with them. I liked their recruiter, and trainer very much.

where have you heard about this session in norfolk? or is it an actual interview?

I am a former AWAC f/a ...interviewed in 2001 though I don't think the process has changed much. When I interviewed we heard about the company..then we had to stand up and read one of the preflight announcements out loud to the group. Then we had to add up some liquor money and we also broke off in little groups for a little assignment..I think they are looking for people who will take control..rather than just sit back and let others do the work. If you got called back for the afternoon session for the "second" interview..it was mostly "tell me about a time when" and what would you do in this situation..all common sense stuff. Good Luck!
